HIYOSHI Dakini records - biography
Hiyoshi has been djing since 1999, inspired by ambient dub, abstruct/trip hop and Tokyo's party culture. A regular Dj at of the famous 'Dakini Nights', he also played festivals like '?Utage (Stargate)?, 'The Labyrinth(Mind Games)' and appeared at chill out rooms for psy/progressive trance party. He acts as a Dakini records' label dj/representative and reviews chill out discs for Japanese free magazine Posivision. In 2002 he began his collaboration with Ochi Brothers firstly for their live set at Dakini Nights to combine acoustic percussion with electronic sounds. After that event they carried on working in the studio using the material of Ochi's. He usually works on track construction, mixing and sound effect.
