Following his much acclaimed US/Canada Tour and performances at the Glastonbury 2005 and Glade Festivals, Solar Fields aka Magnus Birgersson returns with a new ambient opus.
Poles apart from the current trends, [ Leaving Home ] expands his world of sounds, pushing back the frontiers of floating electronica, traditional instrumentation and chill.
Both stimulating and disconcerting, this third album confirms Solar Fields talent as high-tech sound designer and multi-instrumentalist (synthetizers, veena, sitar, guitar, percussions,...), evolving constantly through 11 mobile and intangible spaces.

We also invite you to listen to the limited edtion album from Solar Fields [ Extended ] which will be released at the same time (30th October) and stands as a space sonic extension of [ Leaving Home ]
